I purchased a product with free shipping, but was requested additional shipping cost. Why is that?

Please review the product page of the order, if the merchandise stated free shipping to 48 U.S. states and you are outside of the 48 U.S. states, additional shipping cost will be required before fulfillment of your order.

In very rare scenario, if you have a product that you purchased that had recently been modified to ship via LTL freight from small parcel.  We may request for additional cost to ship by LTL freight to ensure products come in one piece.  

Definition of LTL (Less than load) freight is a merchandise that has to be shipped by trucking instead of by normal UPS/Fedex/USPS (small parcel).  This type of scenario normally does not happen, but if you would like to ship via small parcel instead, we may still fulfill for you without additional cost.  However, the merchandise is most likely to damage upon arrival.

If this very rare scenario does happen, our system will automatically change the pricing on our website to accommodate to LTL freight (to ensure that we don't run into this issue again) and will provide you a discount for the additional LTL freight cost.  

We believe our customer care more about merchandise arrive in one piece rather than damaged and sincerely apologize if these rare scenario happens.
