My order was on backorder, why was my order still charged?

In rare occasions when your order was on backorder, the product(s) will be allocated for your order to ensure the product(s) ship as soon as they come back in stock (in many scenarios, in a few days).  This was to ensure the product(s) that you order does not get allocated to another customer.

However, if you would like to cancel, please do let us know and we can have your order refunded back to you immediately.
