Please do not initiate a dispute with Paypal. If there had been any delay on our part on handling of your returns, please contact us and request any managers to assist you. When an order gets disputed by Paypal, we have limitations on assisting you.
There are some cases where we are providing a return label or pick up due to issue with the order, Paypal will require the customer to provide a return tracking # before closing of the case. The extra shipping cost incurred ended up being covered by the customer due to the limitation. We would hate for that to happen, so please allow us and our managers to help. We will escalate your case internally if we cannot help you within certain time frame.
