Please do not request a charge back from your credit card company during the return process. Due to the time it takes to resolve charge back disputes, it is usually better to be patient and wait for the return process to run its course. If a charge back has been submitted; depending on each case, processing time frame, and fees involved, we may or may not be able to credit you for your return until the charge back mediation process has been completed. This process can take up to 180 days.
As much as we would like to assist you on refunding the order; when an order gets disputed, the control is out of our hands until the credit card company completes the review. As there are many fees involved and processing, we may not be able to refund after completion of the case review.
In some cases where the credit card company may have honor the case in customer's favor, it may still resulted to collection efforts with our collection company if the funds should not have been credited to the the customer. In such case, it may even affect customer's credit score rating due to non-payment.
