Can I return sanitary items?

Yes, but they have to be unused.  

Sanitary items are categorized as beds, carriers, feeders & waterers, litter boxes, kittywalk systems, dog collars, and clothings that have pet hair or pet scents . Examples are apparel, swim vests, life jackets, cooling beds, Pet Loo and etc. In order for these items to be returned; they have to be unopened, with the original tags still attached, and no sign of being used
