My order was charged before shipping, why is that?

When an order gets placed, it is allocated for the customer when the order get sent to the fulfillment warehouses.  Due to this reason, the order is charged and ready to ship out.

Made to order item requires more days to built and complete, the funds are allocated to ensure that the material is exclusive for that particular customer.

Oversize items that require freight shipment may take longer to process due to the extra care and handling required to ensure proper delivery.  In this case, the order would be charged prior to handling and shipping the merchandise out.
