I ordered by Express on Friday, but order did not arrive until the following week. Why is that?

We processed orders from Monday to Friday at 8AM PST (cut-off time).  If your order is placed after the cut-off time, it will not ship until the following week.  

If the order was placed before the cut-off time and shipped via UPS/Fedex, they will not count Saturday or Sunday as business day.  If you need to receive on Saturday, please call us to set up the order by Saturday delivery (this is an extra service charge that will incur).  

If your order was shipped by USPS, it may deliver on Saturday or even Sunday.
