All orders are processed on 8AM PST Monday - Friday. If you have an order that you would like to cancel before your order(s) get sent to the warehouse(s), please feel free to contact us via phone, chat, or email. Once confirmed, you will get a confirmation cancellation e-mail. We will always make our best efforts to cancel your order; however, cancellations are not guaranteed until an e-mail confirmation has been provided.
We can normally cancel your order if it has not been sent to the warehouse. Orders sent to the warehouse will show "Processed". You can locate the status of your order by entering your order # and email address.

Your company sent us the wrong item, we would like the correct item sent to us. Please send a shipping label for the other item as it is in our way in our shipping department. Order No. HGC3299-7283 its been weeks and no one will help us with this issue. Is your company going to ignore us forever
